The Rebel emergency response service is here to offer help and assistance in the event of a P1 issue with your own network infrastructure. The service is a complimentary one to your existing support team and/or managed service supplier .
Rebel are here to offer an extra set of eyes on the problem and provide advice/guidance based on our 20+ years of real world experience.
This service is on a pay per request basis at the rate of £400 per request (ex VAT)
Upon submitting your emergency response request to us, an invoice will be generated and sent to the email provided in the contact form. Payment or PO reference must be received before Rebel can actively engage on your request. A time limit of 2 hours of Rebel employee time will be strictly applied per request, starting at first contact and ending 2 hours later. If you require additional time from Rebel, further blocks of 2 hours can be requested at the same cost and terms.

This is a first come, first serve service and may not be available at all times
Rebel Architecture Ltd take no legal responsibility or liability for any reported issues.
Any changes, advice or remediations provided by Rebel employees are implemented entirely at the requestors own risk.
There is no guarantee of resolution associated with this request.
